- put on perfume, lotion and makeup first, jewelry last.
- take your pieces off to swim, work out, clean or garden. chlorine and hard knocks are the enemy.
- take them off to sleep.
storage
- keep each piece in its pouch, separated from the others, so diamonds don't scratch softer stones or gold.
- somewhere cool and dry.
cleaning
- wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing.
- for a deeper clean: warm water, mild soap, a very soft brush, then dry completely with a lint-free cloth.
